I would try the South Beach diet. Its a lot of fun and keeps you occupied with reading books. Thats the best part. The books.
It helped me lose 15 pounds when I had gotten up to 110 lbs.
Give it a good shot my friend.

14 yrs old and 80 pounds?? NO that is NOT fat!! My son is 15 and about 160 pounds and he is not fat at all! There is no point in going emo..just be who you are!

u r VERY under weight. that is very UNHEALTY weight for someone ur age. u need to gain weight. u are way TOO skinny. my eight year old sister wieghs more than and she's not even going through puberty.
