There is 1 place that my relatives/friends always use.. Brand Park/Library in Glendale.. it's beautiful there, you might want to to check it out. Also, try Descanso Gardens up in La Crescenta. I've heard it's very peaceful there, and plenty of people have their actual weddings there (there's a website that you can look at). Good luck!

Allen is right,also right next door is Starlight Bowl
and a very nice little park.Great for photos.
From Glenoaks go "up" Walnut and stay on it.
Takes you right there.

We got married at the Castaway, and have some nice shots from up there.
