Me and my ex split up in august of last year, wheni had just found out i was pregnant. He is standing by me and the baby, nut he started seeing someone who is 14 years younger than him. I feel so hurrt by this as i thought we would have got back together eventually.

I miss him so bad and feel totally lost. I am 30 years old and will be a single mother of 3. We are extremely good friends but i cant seem to get over him. Our daughter is due any day now and i'm feeling so low in myself. My self esteem and confidence have virtually all but gone, i feel fat and really unatractive.

Please help

That's really tough. You need to be strong for your new baby, she will be taking up a lot of your time and will need alot from you. On one hand that's actually a good thing because it will hopefully take your mind off him for a little while. I know you may have thought you two would get back together but you need to move on from looking at him that way and see him only as your child's father. Once you're ready you can begin exercising when you have time and when your physically able. Exercise is good for your mental and physical health. If you feel overwhelmed you may benefit from seeking therapy. Good luck to you and your new baby!

Go Buy This Book Called "It's A Break Up Because It's Broken" I Know This Sounds Dumb And Most People Really Aren't Into Self Help Books (Me Included) But It's Great And Very Funny. It's Written By One Of The Writers Of Sex In The City And His Wife. It Helps I Promise.

I am so sorry! I know this doesn't help but he seems to be moving on so should you. Just get your life to where you want it and hopefully love will follow.
