Why is everyone concered about there weight? I was concered badly one time, And I
Got skinny and it wasn't really fun so I put on a extra few pounds. Your weight is what
god wanted you to be, and if you don't like it, then you don't like what god gave you.
You should be happy god gave you a life.
But!, If you really wanna loose weight heres what you do. swimming season is coming
up and I know your really scared people will laugh at you.
- with every meal drink Water or Orange juice, Milk sometimes (Milk is very fattening).
- If you are bored and you think about eating and you think your hungry don't eat
Because you are really not hungry your just thinking about it. So try to do some sit ups
or push ups instead. Or do what you like to do.
- If you have junk food in your house, then get it all out. Because if you don't have
Junk food in your house, Guess what, You want be ABLE to eat it.

Let's say you eat alot of junk food, and you stop eating it. You will drop 15 pounds
easy.WHEN YOU SEE A CANDY, THINK OF A HOT GIRL/GUY IN A BATHING SUIT AND THINK WHO
YOU WANT MORE.
- Get some Fruits in your house loaded, and eat those when you are hungry but try
Drinking Lots of water too.
- Exercises -
1.) Punch air - Makes your arm look non-fat.
2.) Running/walking - Good for you also burns what you ate in the past 24 hours.
3.) Biking - Burns the most calories and fun. just ride around fast for 10 - 20 minutes
straight.
4.) Swimming burns the same and more as biking, because your using your whole body, You
can loose 5 pounds by swimming for 2 hours doing fast laps.
5.) Weight lifting - Light weights make your muscles the same and get the fat off you
also you look better. Heavy weights - Builds muscles like body builders.
But, People like you for who you are and if they don't and you wanna
change so they will like you don't because that is not a true friend.But
if you are really fat, and you want to impress a girl, then do what I just told you
Believe me it works. DONT get frustrated if you don't see results, because it will
take about 3-5 days mabey even 2 days if you try really really hard.

HERES WHAT ELSE YOU CAN DO :
Get on your couch and put your behind right on the edge of it or
where your comfortable, and start doing sit ups while watching T.V., I
do This everynight and moring for 100 sit ups for 3 sets. I did this for
4 days and got a flat stomach
You might start seeing your lower body stick out more, and thats normal,
All you do is lay on a flat floor and raise your legs for 25 seconds each for
5-7 sets. Do this in the moring and at night. P.S. - Lower body is the hardest part
to get tight so don't get frustrated about instant results cause your not going to get
instant rusults.
If your pecks, or known as your upper body is popping out, then do some
push ups at your house. Do 10-15 a set if you wait them to get a bit littler
and cut. You see guy models with cut pecks because that is what turns the lady on.
For cardio vascular - Skip fast rope for 3 minutes then another session
do this for 30 minutes if you want results fast!
Also jogging. Helps tremendously! Do 20 minutes of jogging, and if you
can't do the whole 20 minutes jogg in between.
Foods that I eat alot :
Apples - 0 calories and feels you up.
Green beans - 60 calories a CAN but great for your health.
Grapes - Idk how many calories but great too.
Any fruits are good for you.
Drinks :
Soda - Twice a week or non
Water - ALOT 0 calories, good for you, FEELS you up alot.
Orange juice - Great for your health.

I'm 16 and lift constantly. Lifting is the main ingredient in developing a strong body. I recommend a full body workout consisting of something like this: Bench Press, Leg Press, Wide Chest, Tricep Extensions, Abdominal Rotations, Arm Curls, Leg Extensions and Curls, Overhead Press, Pull-Ups and once you have advanced strength-wise: Deadlift, Squats, and Clean/Jerk w/ Olympic Lifts. Now, I understand you need lots of equipment for this, so if you really want to get stronger you'll need to join a gym or go to your school's weight gym. You'll also need to start lifting a lot more than 5 Kilo's. Some exercises you should do a lot more weight than others too though, keep that in mind. But don't be afraid to try see what is the maximum weight you can lift at each exercise, then do about 70-80% of that weight and max out again every couple weeks. For example, I curl about 75 lbs, but I leg press over 500 lbs, you have to try as much weight as you can at each exercise because they are all different. But to answer your question about running: Yes, its very important to your body's health and strength, work just as hard on your cardio as you do your weight lifting.
P.S. Mr Baseball is a moron and he leaves the same answer in all of these Diet & Fitness, your not going to get flat abs in 4 days. Muscle definition and mass does not begin to develop for about 4-6 weeks, so keep at it. Also, anyone who tells you your too young to lift, doesn't know what they are talking about. Your at the perfect age to start, I had friends who were already absolute beasts by 9th grade.

You are at a good age to start this - same as me thirty years ago and I got to be pretty big. To get strong you want to do weight training. Cardio is also great and you shouldn't stop that.
A trainer can show you the best ways, but lifting heavier weights will make you bigger and stronger the fastest, and you must combine this with a good diet. Also, legal supplements like Creatine and High Protein Powder or drinks will help you gain weight and grow stronger as you're working out.
And the best advice I can give is, be persistent and don't stop! Lift weights at least three times a week and do this for years. You are at a growing stage right now and will be in great shape, big and strong, if you keep this up for at least the next four years.

Your body is not really ready to make signifivant strength and muscle gains at 14...just do moderate exercises and run as much as your body will let you. Once you get a few years older u can start lifting serious weigths.

running helps you get a good cardio workout as well as strong legs, but at 14 i do not think it wise to get lots of muscle because you still have lots of growing to do. you will no doubt grow taller and your body will grow also. weight lifting will target muscle growth and you will have short muscles it you are not careful. Try swimming as it works out your entire body and builds long muscles that will grow as you grow.

Well to answer your question, running keeps you in shape! It will also tone your leg muscles, but if you want to actually build muscle, I would lift weights more than running

eat healthy
sleep healthy
exercise at least a half an hour a day
and youll be fine.
switch off running and lifting weights every day so that you dont wreck your muscles- that is important. also, stretch and wear weather appropriate clothing so you stay loose. if you pull a muscle, be careful with it.

you are strong if you can lift 5 kilos of weight...you can also stretch..join a basketball team or a football team...

Running isn't particularly good for your body, its bad on your knees. But its a good cardiovascular exercise. Its best to build your muscles up gradually, especially at your age as your growing.

strong as in all over strong? like arm muscles or leg muscles or what? runing helps ur legs, obviously. and weights help ur arms. sit ups help ur abs. and ya, do that
