She ignores me alot and always stares at me but I had someone tell her that I liked her and I don't know if she's doing that to ignore me or shes to shy.

I'm not sure. I'm pretty shy and I ignore this guy at school because I know he likes me but I don't like him back. I ignored him because I was trying to hint him that I didn't like him. But she might be different. I think you should tell her PERSONALLY how you feel. If she continues to ignore you, she probably doesn't like you.

Talk to her, dude. Strike up a conversation with her. She honestly doesn't sound very friendly, but if you like her a lot, talk to her.

Just walk up to her and ask her. Don't use other people to get your point across. Direct communication, while scary is the most certain way of getting your answers.
