Walk up to them, look them in the eyes, and tell them the truth, the sooner the better. The longer you wait, the more they will think you were trying to hide it, which will just make them angrier.

Start by saying "Mom and Dad, I need to tell you something. I've made some mistakes and I need your help" That will get them thinking you are willing to take some responsibility.

tell them the truth, they will eventually find out and you will get in more trouble, if you dont tell them and they found out on there own.
