Hot weather expands your blood vessels. Some of your thinnist blood vessels are in your nose, so when it is hot (especially if you're not use to it) those vessels thin and blood can leak into your nose, or even give you a full on nose bleed. There's nothing to worry about, it's completely natural. If you're getting nose bleeds all the time, even when it's not hot out, then you should see a doctor.
