resist scratching, but even if I can for a week I subconsciously do it in my sleep. I've been putting neosporin on bandaids but it only provides temporary relief and the bandaids have ripped off skin around my nipple and then the same yellow stuff comes out of them. My right one doesn't get infected as much but half of it has these bumps that come and go. I would appreciate any advice on what this is and how to deal with it. Thanks.

You deal with it by going to the doctor NOW. This is not a surface infection that you can treat with antibiotic cream and bandaids.

First of all, how LONG has this been happening to you? As crazy as a guy might think this is, you may wish to go and have your doctor check to see if you have breast cancer. Yes, even guys can get breast cancer. Seeing as you didn't mention if you do or do not have a nipple piercing, this would be the next logical conclusion to anything else!

ok this may sound crazy but you need to go to your doctor and get tested it sounds like the symtoms of breast cancer for men. do not wait any longer make an appointment today it is rare for men to get breast cancer but it can happen
