I'm 19 years old,I weigh 98lbs and I'm 4'11. I want to gain a little more punds,and to developed more,my tight,legs,breast. I'm a size 0 for jeans,and x-small or sometimes small for tops.Someone please help me!I want to gain weight in a healthy way!Thank you!

98 pounds is by no means incredibly small for your height. Actually, it's just about right. There is nothing you can do about your height but if you seriously want to gain weight you can't just eat your way there. That's not healthy. Weight lifting is the only healthy way your going to gain weight. The weight you need to gain is muscle, you don't want fat in any scenario. If you want something to eat to compliment your lifting, eat anything high in protien.

Try to drink the Ensure formula which comes in small cans with a pop top. It is a calorie dense healthful drink that we give to elderly people who can't keep on weight, but it is for any age. It has many nutrients in it and is very healthy. I'm not sure if there are Ensure bars or not. You can always call your County Extension Office and ask for the nutritionist/dietitian for advice. It's free and your tax dollars pay for it!

if u count calories STOP! try eating good carbs like potatoes and pasta, eat protien,and fiber. And do some reaserch on google...
