I paid minutes after the auction ended. and paid about 13 $for 2-3 days delivery. 7 days past and I emailed the seller asking if it had been shipped . no answer the 9th day I emailed them and told them that I hope this could be resovled with out ebay getting invovled. finaly they emailed me and told me they ship it out on the 9th day. they said they were waiting for all there auctions to end.since they live 45 min from the post office... I am pretty upset. I am a power seller on ebay and have nver ran into such stupidity. They didnt even let me know what they had planned..and they never even said they were sorry... when I sale things on ebay.. I treat people the best I can... what should I do about this? I dont want to give them a negative because I am sure they will return the favor but I want thenm to know that they cant do that...

these people deserve a negative feedback for not emailing you back and not letting you know what was going on..and for not indicating that there would be await before it was mailed out...but if I was you,..and since you did receive the item...I would let it slide ...because if you leave them a negative rating than you will also receive one.....

I have only sold a few things on eBay...but the day I received the payment ..I either mailed the item out the same day or first thing the next morning..and I live twenty minutes from the nearest town......I do buy a lot off eBay..and have hit the same problem you are having...and as long as I got the item I paid for...I let it slide...I just didn't want end up with negative feedback....so I didn't feel like it was worth it...and a few times I just never left any..because I didn't want to give them anything.....

what you might do on the feedback...is give a positive...than state that it took awhile for you to receive the item and the communications wasn't the best.....that way you didn't give a bad feedback..but you let others know to look out.....

one more thing...I would wait for them to give you feedback before you leave any for them...than in a friendly way ...you could email these people back and suggestion to them that if they are going to be selling on eBay for awhile they will need to let the bidders know that they only mail items out at the end of a of a certain period of time and if they continue to use this method they will end up with lots of negative feedbacks...that you are not going to leave one..but you just wanted to warn them..or something like this.....

If you are a power seller, I am sure you have LOTS of positive feedback. I would go ahead and give them the negative feedback and take theirs. It won't hurt your rep and anyone who reads it will see that you were right. If no one complains, they will continue to take advantage of people. Someone needs to stand up for what is right. I would make sure that they refunded my rush shipping fee, too.

I'd honestly just leave it. Because you're right, they'll just leave negative feedback for you, even if you don't deserve it. My husband had the same problem a few months ago. Sorry you had to deal with someone like that :( it really sucks.

Save your time and energy. Too many ebay sellers are like that. Just move on to the next item. Good luck ;)

You need to be aggressive. Threaten them with neg feedback unless they refund your shipping fees. Many sellers will do what they need to do (Esp if it is right) to avoid negative feedback

Either give them a negative, or nothing at all.
