Seeing's how you are in London and claim to desparately need a tan I'm going to guess that you are rather fair skinned. I would recommend that you avoid tanning beds. Use your brain...tanning beds are NOT healthy - use can lead to melanoma or other forms of skin cancer (or even nasty premature wrinkling).
