i met the guy of my dreams on december 31 2006 ( new years eve) we been dating since then, he treats me really good we spend alot of time together he spoils me rotten. and this morning i got a a phone call from him that almost gave me a heart attack. He told me you know i love you and i really care about you i love your company and i dont want to loose you. Then he told me that he was getting back with his EX so he wont be able to spend as much time with me, but he still wants to see me because he loves me and this is hurting him also. Ive never been a situation like this before, i feel like i already lost him. Are any ladies in a situation like this?? please help. It's not going to be easy for me to just let go. What do i do?

If he really loves you and cares about you and doesn't want to lose you, what is he doing going back with his ex? You need to move on because you deserve better. Find someone who really has all of those feelings for you, enough to be with you exclusively. He's full of it! Good luck, girl!

i know what it feels like when the man you are in love with drops you on a dime for another chic. It hurts but you know the best thing to do is cry your eyes out all the tears you can cry then when you cant anymore look at yourself in the mirror and say you know what im over it. Dont let him string you a long cause its gonna kill you. see it as a good friend and thats it. you cant dwell on it if he left you that fast for his ex that means he wasn't feelin you as much as he said he was. just breathe let it go and get back up and go find you someone who isnt gonna do you as wrong as he did. so dust yourself off girl and try again!!!

If he truly loved you he would not let you go. I'm guessing you did not see this coming. Do not see him or speak to him for a while. It will help you sort out your feelings. It is a hard thing but it really works. In the meantime you may find someone that is much better for you and will not leave you for his ex.

Woa woa woa...Hold up? You should just wait a while because if he loves you and if it's hurting him so much then why is he going back with his ex? If a man is not happy with 1 girlfriend then he'll never be happy with just one. Talk to him about it and ask why exactly he's seeing his ex at the same time he's seeing you. You are being played,. If he really loved you, he would not be going back to his ex. Yes he might have strong feelings for you but if he is choosing to go back with the ex he obviously isn't ready for your relationship. What happens when he is with you and finds someone else that he "loves" also, do you really want to deal with this drama?

He sounds like a dog. If he loved you so much, he wouldnt be doing this... why does he think he can get back with his EX and still be with you? I'd tell him either be with you or his EX, but he cant have both. Dont let him have his cake and eat it took. Im sorry he's doing this to you. He sounds like a dog!!!

You have been with this guy for three months. There is no way you can love him so much that you can't move on. You are still getting to know this guy. I don't care how much time you spent with him. It still might hurt but come on. Get real. I'd say he's playing someone here. He's either with you or hes with her or he's with no one.

Well, there are two things I see as possible.
Stay or go.
If you stay, you really want to make sure he is open and honest with his ex about you. You also need to be certain this is something you can handle. Polyamorous relationships are much harder than mono relationships; they require scrupulous honesty and a WHOLE lot of communication. With everyone.

do you really have to ask what you have to do? if he was in love with you, then there would be no reason for him to go back with his ex, he's trying to have his cake and eat it too, so face reality, drop him like a ton of bricks. don't get hung up over it, just be glad he's showing you his true colors now

Oh...I am so sorry that he has put you in a position that you have to even ask yourself that question...I know it must have been a blow to the heart but once you realize that u come second to no one you will get over it ....It will be hard but try to move on
