One of my "kids" (I was the neighborhood mom) 5 week old daughter died today from sids.
They are so grief stricken, and need lots of healing prayer.

Ah Lord, be pleased to dull the edge off the sword of grief for them.
In your mercy and kindness allow the passing to be known in their hearts, that the baby is with you forever. That she did not have to suffer in this world long.
That her sentence in this place was short. That your mercy was given to her. Of You Jesus I ask it.

It's hard to know what to even pray in such a situation. There is so much suffering in a fallen world. God Bless them and help them heal

we will certainly hold this dear family, and others' in the same situation, up in prayer! may they be blessed and find the strength and comfort they need to get though this very difficult time from the Lord Himself! God Bless!!!

Lord I just lift up this family to you, I pray that you would give them comfort and peace over this, and that you would show them you are in control and have a wonderful plan for their lives- I pray they would lean on you and seek you through this time, that you would draw them closer to you through this....in your precious name I pray, Amen!

im sorry about the loss...I will pray for you, take comfort in knowing that the only person who holds the key to death is Jesus and no one dies without his permission. :)
