Why would you want to pay someone to get your refund, when you could have had the CPA efile the return for you and you would have gotten your refund in 7 to 10 days.
If you have the prepared return you can efile via the IRS website and have your refund direct deposited into your bank account free of charge

I work for H&R as well, the other person who said they work for H&R doesn't know what they are talking about.
H&R can and will help you e-file and get a rapid refund, however, they will charge a $100 flat fee just because we have to type the information in all over again. It probably would have been best for you to just e-file with your CPA, but I guess it's the rapid refund you're after.
H&R has a 2 week, 2 day, and 1 day refund, but beware, the bank fees can get to be pretty high.
If you can, just wait for direct deposit, you'll save quite a bit.

I work at H&R Block and if you already sent it electronically then there is nothing that H&R Block can do with rapid because in order to take advantage of the Rapid Refund like RAL or RAC you would have needed to get your taxes done through Block in the first place. If your CPA filled them out just on paper and you are supposed to send them in you can always come to Block but you will be charged to have your taxes done again. Hope this helps!

There is no such a thing as "Rapid Refund". Its a gimmick used by them to attract you to come in. All they do is pay you your refund in advance (what you're actually getting is a loan from them) for a fee.

Sure. But it will cost you as someone has to sit down and enter your return in to the computer.
Look at paying around $100 + bank finance charges for this.

Yes, tell them you already completed your tax return and you want them to file it electronically.
