You will end up being a rock in a hard place. Honestly, it depends on if she does drugs in the house or not. If she does and they find drugs there, then yes, they will remove the kids from the custody of not only her, but your mother as well. The fact that she is living with your mother, puts your mom in a situation of losing everything if you did that. I think what you should do is skip DFCS and go through the police. Have her tested through them and maybe put into rehab. That way DFCS would grant temporary custody to your mom instead of taking them away.

u can maybe put ur sister in a rehab center and while shes there ur mom can take care of the kids, ur sister should get better, its not good for her to be on drugs plus i bet if u help her shell thank u one day because shell be clean and happy with her kids. dont get child services involved yet, try to find other solutions like make ur mom the legal guardian while ur sister gets better.

Okay, calm down. Your sister, who lives with you, and has children, is doing drugs in front of the children? CPS may take them, but it would be easier and better for the kids if your sister were made to leave the house. This could mean having to go to court and lawfully making her leave because the children are in danger. That be far better than just reporting her.

child services will do anything within their power to keep the kids within the family and NOT have to put them into foster care, however if the home is deemed unsuitable for the kids they wont be able to keep them with your mom. If your mom has stable income, and they can verify that the kids will always be cared for (while your mom is at work and everything) it should be fine

Your mother isn't responsible for raising her grandchildren. You should speak with her before you try pulling a stunt like that.
It is likely that child protective services will allow the children's grandmother to raise the children, if that is what she wants to do.
You ask for help, but you don't need any help. You need to mind your own business. Ratting out family to the government is a pretty low and selfish act.

It is possible that they could stay with your mom...but unlikely. if she has lost two before and maybe threatening to loose these two...hopefully it will be a wakeup call as they always try to reunify the parents with the child if the parents get their **** together! I have had only one success story out of three so far with the fostering that we have done!~

my sis works for human services, she said they probably would remove the kids until they investiagte all of you to be sure that its a safe environment for the kids to return there.in the meantime,if they do take them, your mom needs to go and file for tempoary custody or custodian of the chidren.

IF YOUR SISTER LIVES WITH YOUR MOTHER THEN YES, CPS WILL REMOVE THE CHILDREN FROM THE HOME. PLEASE DO NOT LET THAT STOP YOU FROM CALLING THOUGH, IF THE CHILDREN ARE BEING HURT THEN IT'S IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO PROTECT THEM EVEN IF THAT MEANS FOSTER CARE. IF YOUR ABLE TO TAKE THEM IN THEN YOU CAN EXPLAIN THAT TO THE SOCIAL WORKER AND THEY CAN WORK ALL THAT OUT WITH YOU. GOD BLESS AND I HOPE EVERYTHING WORKS OUT FOR YOU!

REALLY, YOU DO NEED TO CALL CPS. I AM SURE SHE LOVES HER KIDS, RIGHT? MAYBE, THEY COULD HELP YOUR SISTER AND HAVE GRANDMA OR SOMEONE TAKE THEM IN. ALTHOUGH, YOU COULD TAKE CARE OF THE TWINS BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING MORE SCARY THAN TO HAVE YOU KIDS TAKEN AWAY. HONESTLY IT IS UP TO YOU. BUT DON'T JUST STI AROUND DOING NOTHING.
