There has been a nursing shortage for years, its been patched up by agency nurses and foreign nationals. I am a highly qualified nurse (actually have 3 qualifications!) and a few years back I wanted to return to nursing after a break to raise my family. When I was ready to return to work I was told that I would have to wait 2 years for a return to nursing course which would get my skills up to date. There isn't a shortage of nurses, newly qualified nurses often are not employed at the end of their training contracts. The shortage is of cash for hospitals to retrain and pay the wages of those nurses. Many nurses leave public employment and go into the private sector, where they are never understaffed (I know as I have worked in those hospitals).

it is not realy our debt. We did no longer build that. somebody else made that ensue. i do no longer think of we are able to might desire to subject approximately waiting a pair of many years. The greenback will possibly crash sometime in April or might or in all probability in 2-4 years from now. Obama plans on bringing 30 million imigrants right here and putting all of them on foodstamps and welfare driving up the debt much extra. via the time Obama leaves place of work this us of a would be so bankrupt. they are able to't keep printing this Fiat distant places money backed via no longer something. Watch particular people bail out or stop interior the US Treasury like Timothy Giethner or interior the Federal Reserve. they're quiting or stepping all the way down to go into thier 72,000 sq. foot mansion with bulletproof abode windows and underground bunkers and go away all and sundry else killing eachother over a can of beans or some thing like that. Oh and that i forgot to show that China is retaining like one thousand billion US T costs, and prefer 60% of the countrys are retaining like one thousand billion US T costs. What they are going to do is they are going to offload it. this might reason hyper inflation and whilst the bubble bursts which would be it for the US greenback. something revealed on a bite of paper will nicely worth as plenty using fact the paper it is outlined on.

the crunch has been on for a good many years, where have you been?
as for how the shortage has affected me, I've never lacked for work, and suspect I never will.
I doubt I will retire, will likely die on the job. But then, I love what I do, and if I have to go, that is how I prefer to go.
