Definately turn the over to authorities..... So they can learn the hard way. Not enough tough love nowadays, and if their parents cannot watch over them, then the parents will have no choice if they get pressure from the police.

Say "your coming with me to the police station kids" then grab the beer bottles with there fingerprints on it for evidence with gloves of course. Then hand them over to the police.

go buy more beer chasers and tequila, get them really really wasted and watch them puke their guts out. After they pass out, I would write things on them and take pictures and post them all over the net and send them to their friends on myspace. Hopefully that will teach them a lesson, lol.
but really, I would just call the police and let them handle it.
