Muhammad will prostrate himself to Allah for your soul if you ask it of him.

As-salaamu alaykum - Peace be upon you

Edit: Dez_Irae, Johnny Cochran died a few years ago, so I'm sure he's waiting up there to represent people.

Spoken by Jack Nicholson in "A Few Good Men" and, of course, the great Homer Simpson in this famous rant:
"You don't know what it's like -- I'm the one out there every day putting his *** on the line. And I'm not out of order! You're out of order! The whole freaking system is out of order! You want the truth? You want the truth? You can't handle the truth! 'Cause when you reach over and put your hand into a pile of goo that used to be your best friend's face, you'll know what to do! Forget it Marge, it's Chinatown!" taken from the films And Justice For All, A Few Good Men, Patton, and Chinatown respectively.

If god sends you to hell, you ain't gonna have a trial, buddy. Haven't you ever read the Bibles? Non-believers go straight to hell - no Cochran, no Marcia Clark, no Court de la Suprema. It don't matter if that damned glove dont fit a single limb on your body - you fry, baby!

~~*Cackles maniacally*~~

tongue in cheek--If you acknowledge that a trial will be then you must accept the free legal system. That would be Jesus--of course if your name is not written in his book of life--your presents may not be needed--Your choice of a legal team is quite admirable. But remember telling the difference in truth and fiction, well, remember he's a good Lawyer. The salvation thing is free. Why not sample it--you might like it and that would alleviate your worries--you would have an IN with the Boss. Maybe you wouldn't be so hot under the collar
If you get my drift. Have a good day!!

Since he is perfect his judgements are always perfect but dont sweat hell according to the Bible the word hell is the English translation of the Hebrew and Greek words the Grave or pit and we all go to the Grave and we go back to the dust we came from and its really hard to torture dust and as for the dead Ecc 9:5-10 says the dead are not conscious at all ie they feel say and do nothing hope this helps Gorbalizer

The only problem with your theory is you have no say so at your trial. You go in front of a God who knows everything that you have ever said and done. He knows even your thoughts. He knows the number of hairs on your head. He knew you before He formed you in your mother's womb. You have no defense. God knows everything and we will all stand in front of Him for either rewards or punishment.

Jesus is the Judge, Jehovah is the Jury, Holy Spirit is the defense/procecuting Lawyer. No chance of parole.

I really hope that the afterlife is not like a U.S. or any other Countries court systems. I just cannot imagine. I do believe you can start today representing yourself and making it so that will not be a problem when your time comes.
God bless us all.

The god represented in the christian religion is a dictator.

You are not eligible for a third-party trial or defence.
