You're probably putting off your studying until the last minute. In the future, start studying right away when you know that you have a test or project ahead of you and then spread out your time. A little studying here and there reduces stress and allows you to comprehend better. For now, just keep taking periodic breaks.

If you are having study stress, that is not a good thing. You should continue to study (because that is a good thing), but take breaks. Watch TV, read a magazine, eat food, or anything that will take your mind off of studying. Then, when you feel energized you can go back to studying. If you are stressing over one topic, try to focus on that subject by relating it to something else. For example, if you are having math problems, you can relate the variables and fractions to anything like pizza, shoes, or whatever interests you. Just remember that it's important not to overwork yourself and to make sure that you understand everything that you are studying.

You shouldn't be studying all the time, you need a break, for at least 10 - 20 minutes every hour or so, make sure your study place is not too hot, or draughty, just comfortable for you to study in. While taking your break, have a gentle stretching cycle, don't forget to drink or eat if hungry.
This should relieve your stress, and make your studying a lot more pleasant and easier for you.

try stretching. i find it eases the tension in your muscles and you feel more fresh. remember, always take breaks, but if it's really bad, take a day off and just relax in front of the tv
