the polite and proper way is "pase adelante"
the more cruder way (or if you're talking to friends, family, etc) - "entra" (commanding tense), "entre" (more polite, but not quite as polite as adelante), or "entren" (said to several people)

Between friends you can use 'pasale'
If you want to be a little more polite, you can say 'adelante'

You'd normally say '¡adelante!' or '¡pase!'.
