Most people care about themselves. Most individuals that know you probably care about you. The world as a whole doesn't know you, so they can't care about you. That doesn't mean that if they did know you that they wouldn't.

honestly, no. the majority of people in the world are extremely selfish and only care for themselves and a few people close to them.
i personally do care about you though.

Who can speak for most people? I bet you will find that a lot of people care about you. To have one close friend is worth it for me. I don't even care if most people in the world care about me to be honest with you. I'd also be careful with the desire to be liked by most people. Many of us, regardless of our faith or beliefs, do care about you even if you are a stranger to us.
