Most Mexicans in those States own their own businesses, so they are their own bosses.
My cousin own a Mexican Restaurant, he is the boss, but he has also a Cuban cooker, a Colombian waitress, and a Peruvian maintenance guy.

I have had other Latino bosses who weren't Mexican and they were great to work for. Had no problem. My husbands best friend is Mexican-American and he runs a business in Florida. Around here I am seeing ALOT of Mexicans being put into management positions and then quickly seeing all the employees replaced with Mexicans only. That trend does not surprise me since it is the plan for LaRaza. That principle in Chicago is a great example. She turned around a failing school and did a great job. There was no reason for her dismissal outside of the fact that the school is now 56% hispanic and they wanted a hispanic principle. Everytime they open their mouths it's about "their" people and I see no equal rights or anything else when they are driving people out of jobs that they are doing well just because they aren't hispanic or don't speak Spanish. "Majority rules" and I guess that's easy to do when you run people out of their towns and schools and your only interest is for the sole benefit for just your people. They aren't wanting a voice. They are taking over. It's not all....so those that don't go along with this aren't included in the general "they" I speak of. But hispanics are seen in every level so they aren't being held back or denied a voice or a job or an education because of their race like the blacks of the past were. Now it's not good enough anymore.........they want total control. "Majority rules". Majority ruled in alot of these cases where people want the illegals out. Want English spoken. But no. Here this school board is....I think it's 6 or 8 seats. 56% hispanic and I don't know if the rest are all black or what the ethnic ratio is with the other students. 2 seats were held by blacks and the rest hispanic. No complaints....great job....but the hispanic kids want to see an hispanic principle. They weren't looking for the best person for the job.....people were having to scream "speak English" because they were doing the public meeting in Spanish and their attitude was "we won". There was no vote of other applicants....nothing. Hispanic. Their attitude was the same when they successfully ousted some black aldermen. They are voting for "their people" NOT the best person for the job. They have their own papers with jobs for hispanics only in Spanish. Spanish applications. Some have even reported seeing their applications immediately being tossed in the garbage by hispanic employers. There's no equality here. Blatent racism. There's not even a "token" from any other race to even pretend to be fair.
No.....at this rate I doubt I'll ever have a Mexican boss. I'm not quite right......

Well, in Illinois, according to the study done at the hands of the ICIRR, 100% of all new management jobs in Illinois were given to Hispanics. The Black Curie High School award-winning Principal who was just fired from her job by a predominately Hispanic Local School Council is going to be replaced by a Latino. We citizens can stop this process by simply withholding our taxes and all of us beginning to work "off the books" just like the Hispanics and other illegal immigrants do. If we all work together to work "off the books", we can still file our taxes with income that is well below what we get and we'll all get an instant raise. If we all do it, how will the government be able to prosecute all of us? After all, the Government says it can't deport 12 to 20 million illegal immigrants and it can't ensure that these people are paying taxes and obeying the law so if American Citizens are still the majority and we cut off funds to the government, what can the government do to all of us? Is it going to bring out the National Guard to fire on Loyal American Citizens who are sick and tired of playing second fiddle to law-breakers and paying for them to continue breaking the law? If the government did that, we would no longer have a government because the will of the American People determines what the government is allowed and not allowed to do. Whether our government knows it or not, Law abiding American Citizens are fed up with the lawlessness and corruption and the USA is on the verge of a Civil War. Only this time, it won't be the North vs. the South, it will be the Legal Law-abiding citizens versus the invading lawless illegal immigrants.

I do.
The owner of the company where I work is Mexican, seems very nice to others. I don't have any problems other than normal boss-employee disagreements sometimes. I just see him as a boss, a person, I don't really stop and think where he's from. I mean, a boss is a boss and I'm grateful for my job (specially in Michigan where economy is really bad) whoever my boss might be...

The action picture industry, silicon valley, etc. do no longer deny it or attempt to take credit. If it have been Mexican much less costly hard artwork i might say so, in spite of the indisputable fact that it is not real. it rather is the outrageously extreme earning of individuals interior the action picture and tech industries. They do alot of filming in California and Utah, they have alot of militia stuff interior the west, and California additionally has alot of extreme tech stuff. supply up attempting to rewrite historic previous merely when you consider which you do no longer experience you slot in. you are the generic public now. tutor some gratitude and charm and quit being recommend to the human beings.
