The website http://www.wilderness-survival-skills.com/ is a pretty good survival website that has a lot of information. I was given the book "Camping & Wilderness Survival" by Paul Tawrell when I was about 15 and I have takin it on every camping trip to date... in order to teach myself some of the methods in the book. It covers about every situation you could think of. I've linked its Amazon page below. It's probably a newer edition than the one I have, but that's good. It's a great book with all types of information.
