Are we talking organized sports where you have practice everyday and are running drills? Or are we talking pick up games?

Realistically though, as long as your active and eating quality food and not processed sugar, then you should be fine.

Active sports, it's a big kick in your cardio. But watch your eating too... some people become over-confident with being "trim" looking, yet still they end up having diabetes or heart problems. You're a teenager, you say... if you're not a big fruit/veggie-addict, i suggest you take multivitamins to replenish your consumption of them. Might be fussy, but better invest on good health than get seriously ill later, right? Centrum is the best.

Besides, you are more alert & glowing with good supply of vitamins/ minerals. Who'd want a sexy guy/girl with dull skin & weak overall appearance? :) Go for good investments.

Your question would not supply adequate tips. You shoudl decide: Why are you uninterested in it? What do you like approximately it? you're 13, are you thinking of pursuing a activities profession or are you merely doing it for exciting? Volleyball is incredibly exciting. Gymnastics, music, Tennis, dance, etc. there is plenty accessible. that's difficult to recommend you while there are too many blanks.
