Soo. I'm a 23 year old female. I do not wear glasses or contacts. I was feeling tired so I layed down and took a little nap this afternoon. I layed my arm across my eyes and fell asleep. Since I've gotton up my vision has been a little blurry. I washed my face thinking that perhaps I just got some makeup in my eyes. I still feel blurry. Any ideas? Maybe it was just the pressure from falling asleep like that and my eyes are trying to get adjusted again?

Putting pressure on your eye for that long may have "squished" it a little bit, this would cause the image that gets projected to the back of your retina to be out of focus. Your eyes should adjust and go back to the way they were with a little bit of time.
If more than a day goes by and it doesn't get better see your optometrist.
