My last period was Feb. 20th (due for my next one March 26th), I had sex the 11th of March and I am pretty sure I ovulated the 12th or 13th. I know it's WAY too early to test, but I am having back pain (which I never do) and breasts are still a little sore (or getting worse). Also since ovulation have had mild cramps like I have with my period and tightening. Anyone ever had these early on and been pregnant?

Still having cramping pains - from dull overall pains to pinching pains. Back pain has subsided and sore bbs have turned into sore nipples.

You could be pregnant (great timing!) or you could be just experiencing a little PMS.

Swollen/Tender Breasts:
Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. Women may notice changes in their breasts; they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen.

Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance, birth control pills, impending menstruation (PMS) can also cause your breasts to be swollen or tender.

Backaches:
Lower backaches may be a symptom that occurs early in pregnancy; however, it is common to experience a dull backache throughout an entire pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Impending menstruation, stress, other back problems, and physical or mental strains.

Good luck! My fingers are crossed for you!

There is absolutely no way to know until the time you can take a test on or around the 26th. It is simply too early - if you conceived on the 11th, then your embryo is currently only a few cells big and not causing your body to go into "pregnancy mode" yet. I know this is torture to wait! Also remember that if you are really looking for pregnancy symptoms, your body will start having them even if you are not pregnant (the mind can make the body do crazy things).

When I because pregnant, I was very tired and had sore breasts, but not until the very day that the test turned positive.

Honestly, you could be pregnant. The operative word is could. It is too early to tell if you are pregnant. You'll have to wait. If you are concerned about very early testing, talk with a doctor about you options. Most will agree that over-the-counter tests taken after a missed period are sufficient and early enough.

I generally know within a week or so because of that damn breast soreness thing. (The husband hates that!) If I were you, I'd behave as if I were pregnant -- prenatal vitamins and no drinking, etc.

Just remember -- as many as half of pregnancies this early are unsuccessful and end in miscarriage before you even have your next period. So don't fill the nursery yet. (Been through the miscarriage thing twice, and it's worse when you've already bought stuff.)

it is to early to be having signs of pregnancy if you only had sex 3 or 4 days ago. the only way to tell is to wait to take a test. you should try the "first response" brand it gave me my result 5 days before my missed period! im now 37 weeks preg. so it was acurate

My early symptoms were that of a period coming soon... so you can't really tell sometimes until you take a test.... I don't think you would have symptoms already....its only been three days!

theres always a possiblity, just wait until right before your period is supposed to start and get a first response home pregnancy test, it can detect the horomone 5 day before your missed period

Maybe, yeah you could be...Doctor's or a test could probably prove that. Not some random person like me.
