Trucking is something I been wanting to do for a long time but I don't want to leave my girlfriend and baby,and I will be gone most of the time she support but she don't want me to go.

dude dont go. ok its your life's ambition but u will seriously damage your relation ship with your gf and you will not be there to see your son/daughters first step,word etc and that stuff is irreplaceable

A friend of mine was in similar situation. Her and her husband had a small child and he wanted to drive truck. He did for about 5 months, and it did not work out. If you feel like this is something you wish to do, all you can do is try. If it does not work out with the trucking at least you know. If she seems supportive, you should try.

Go now while the baby young enough to go along. When baby starts school you can get a local route. Still make good $ but be home more often.

Relationships take time and lots of hard work! Lots of money won't do you much good if you don't have the time to spend together. Your baby won't even know who you are! Absence makes the heart grow fonder.....for someone else!

you need to be there for your baby and his moma id stay and get a differnt job when the kid is older start getting back in to trucking

It sounds like you need to find a job where you're home every night. You've admitted you don't want to be away from them, so you won't be happy if you are.
