Who decides? Is the establishment of a National Military and Police Force enough to gain God's favor in murder? How about private citizen's? Can we use our own judgement to decide when its OK?

Your question in and of itself begs the question,does he really want an answer or just room to rant? The Bible clearly states we are to follow the laws of the land. Jesus was not a wimp he fought for the people against the money lenders. As far as murder goes I believe in our law there must be intent. Otherwise it is manslaughter. I don't believe one soldier goes to war to commit murder, rather self defense. Someone in a mask just walked into your house while you are reading this...he has a gun, what do you do? You have a letter opener beside you...

the biggest reason in the back of this is using fact the leaders in different worldwide places confuse and misinform their human beings via telling them that in the event that they kill and die in the approach, they're going to visit heaven and become a hero. those human beings are ignorant and don't comprehend what God has in concepts for them. If people believe that what they do is right, then God will understand. However, i dont understand how ANYONE could think killing is right or justified.
