God confused the languages so people would stop trying to build a ladder to Heaven. He speaks all languages.

Languages are human-made that God has used to reveal his message time and time again.
Hebrew, Aramic and Arabic. Trying to say God speaks a particular language is blasphemous on all three of the abrahamic faiths.
Stay true to your scripture.

I don't believe God uses languages but images as in dreams.

Jesus. Jesus is the Word of God.
I know that's a weird answer, but what language does for us is it takes illusive, abstract ideas and puts them into a concrete form we can understand and relate to others.
I believe God spoke to all cultures in all languages, but Jesus is the example of what God had tried to communicate to mankind, and we couldn't quite understand. He made concrete what people speculated about and wrestled with.

really nice question!!! i dont think anyone can able to answer it correclty. I dont believe that there is a god in the sky, above the heaven. I think the god exists inside of us, we all have a god for our own, in our inner self. so if its true then god speaks the language that u think and speak, because u speak with yourself.
Actually its my opinion. sorry for the bad english ;)

He speaks whatever language is in our soul, because he speaks to our soul. So as far as I can tell, God speaks every language. :) Isn't that awesome?

I believe He talks the language we all understand. The same language was used when the Gospel spread rapidly.

I would imagine that god doesn't need a mouth, per se, to speak from. If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say he uses an extraordinary form of telepathy and can convey any thought, word or emotion he wants by thought alone.
...we are talking about the guy who can hear prayers whether you say them or think them, you know.
