Well that is a tough time in general because kids are out for spring break. So any day could be crowded. But your best bet will always be a Tue or Wed. Right in the middle of the week when folks are typically traveling out because airfare is cheaper on the weekdays.
Always avoid the weekend and a good rule of thumb is to start at the rear of the park and work your way forward.

Have a great time!

Note: my website also has free info! And when I refer to "rear of the park" I am refering to Toontown area. Planning your day ride by ride is rediculous and will only stress you out. Have a fun vacation.

Definately in the middle of the week. Also, plan out what it is that you want to do while you are there so that you can be more efficient while going through the park. Some of the best times to hit the attractions are during the parades and during the Fantasia show that takes place on the island in the evening. Stay away from that area altogether if you are not interested in watching it. Have fun.

DEFINATELY Disneyland! Disneyland has much to choose from! They have rides, games, restaurants, hotels and resorts nearby (not to mention parades on holidays and special events) . It is so much fun! They even have all the Disney characters! But California Adventure park has very little rides and from what I've heard from most of my friends who went there, doesn't have too much to offer...but either way they are really close. But I would suggest Disneyland. ;)

Like Beach Gal said (before she started plugging her own business), Tuesday and Wednesdays are traditionally the lightest days. Next is Thursday. However, some attractions are not operating on those days. For example, The Aladdin show in California Adventure is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. And Fantasmic may only show Friday and Saturday. Be sure to check Disneyland.com\calendar to see what will be closed that day.

I believe it was already stated numerous times that this is one of the peak times of the year. However, nobody else mentioned that if you arrive early (with your tickets in hand when the park opens), you can get a lot of rides in early. Also, don't forget to use the FastPass system. For example, send a runner over to Space Mountain with your admission tickets to get a fast pass when you get in, while the rest of the crew heads over to Indiana Jones ride in Adventureland (one of the more popular rides). I don't agree with the whold "back to front scenario, since that really doesn't apply. (Where's the "back" of the park? It's a Small World? Critter Country? Tomorrowland?).

One way I have found to maximize ride time is to visit ridemax.com. I don't know exactly how they do it, but they have an uncanny way of knowing which rides have the shortest lines, and when. You just tell them which rides you really want to ride, and they print out a schedule for you. For the record, I am in no way affiliated with RideMax.

And to save time in the park, be sure to call ahead for dining reservations at the sit-down places like Carnation Cafe or Cafe Orleans. This can save you tons of time, as well. Call 714-781-DINE, and make your reservations up to 60 days in advance.

Have fun!

Wednesday is the least crowded. Bring someone in a wheelchair and you'll be able to cut in line by going in through the exit. Disabled people get special treatment, even if it's temporary.

make sure u go on a week day not a weekend!! Monday would be the best day!! You will have a chance to get on most of the rides. make sure u get fast track tickets if there is a long wait for a ride. fast track tickets give u a time to return and u don't have to wait in line. Enjoy!!

Try to go on weekdays for the least crowds, although this is the Spring break period and it is probably going to be crowded for that whole span of time

March 9th, a Tuesday, rides will be less full than other days, because most kids are back in school.

Have fun! I have been there many times and it's hard not to.

Just after Spring Break is over is the best time. Parks are empty.

However, the time period you're talking about is square within break. Expect huge crowds.

a weekday not during spring break

best advice--get there before opening and RUN to the most popular attraction to minimize the wait time.
