I've been depressed a lot, & I've been needing a shoulder to lean on, but my boyfriend acts like he doesn't have time for me. We only get to meet twice a month, & that's when he wants sex. Other than that, he acts like he doesn't want to be bothered. Should I leave him 1st before he leaves me & gives me another reason to be depressed? Many people are telling me that by me telling him my sad, sobbing life stories is the reason why he's been dodging from me. People say that men don't like when women come to them with their problems. Well, I don't like being used for sex & for a man to just think he can plug himself inside of me anytime he gets good & ready. That's not a good relationship. Also, he's too embarrassed to introduce me to his family.

Consider my advice, you know he is acting like you aren't good enough for him in what does. He doesn't seem to care about your feelings. He only comes around for sex.
I say drop this guy like a bad habit. You deserve better. He is probably laid up with someone else when not with you. He seems to be out for #1 and not you.
It is time to abort this mission before you get crushed.

Drop him like a hot potato.
In a good relationship, he will want to be there for you and hear your problems. Your happiness should come first to him (and vice versa) without actually making the decision to be that way.
While excess venting can make you seem [list of undesireable things here] at the beginning of a relationship, once you're committed to each other it's time to work together on both of your issues.
Another thought:
If you're not feeling your affection being reciprocated or you're feeling emotionally abandoned by your boyfriend (as seems the case), that will contribute to any depression issues you have -- creating a unpleasant cycle.
It seems you know what you're next step should be -- have the courage to take it. You'll thank yourself later.

If he leaves you because he didn't want to listen about your emotional distress, then you're better off without him. Being there for eachother (both physically and emotionally) is what having a strong healthy relationship is all about.
Anyone who tells you otherwise is obviously unhappy with their current and previous relationships, and has never actually been a part of a healthy relationship. This misguided outlook is one of the reasons that marriage has become a "until your bored" commodity.
This is coming from a married man...

Doesn't sound like you have a boyfriend at all. Sounds more to me like HE has a F*C* buddy.
In case you were never told.......Men will sleep with anything/anyone who will spread their legs. That does not make you his girlfriend.
If he won't take you home to meet his family then he is ashamed of you and/or just not into you in that way. (serious relationship)
And if you only see him twice a month, I can almost guarentee that you are not his ONLY F*C* buddy and you are putting yourself at risk for STD's or worse.
And one other thing is this..........If YOU do not love yourself then you can not expect anyone else to love you either.
Nobody wants to be around someone who is always a DOWNER. You just bring everyone else that is around you down also and nobody wants that.
Learn to love yourself first and then go from there.
And sleeping around without the benefit of a serious relationship is NOT loving yourself.

It sounds like you deserve better than him...and although you may be upset and depressed for many different reasons, your bf's lack of love and effort, can make you feel even more depressed and upset...i would leave him and start concentrating on yourself... your a great person inside and out, you just need to surround your self with a better guy...
good luck

Get out - dump him - figure out how to be happier and change your "sad, sobbing life" into a great and happy life for yourself. Once you are happy with being "just" by yourself, you will find somebody who wants you as a full partner, not just a once in a while sex friend. Who needs that.

You are making two mistakes. One letting him in your bedroom with out being invited. He needs committment before he gets anything. Second mistake never tell them anything about you at all. Nothing! they love the mystery of it and they like talking about themselves. Let him tell you his problems and he will rush you to the alter. But you never tell him a thing. As far as he knows you never had a problem in your life and your fun and happy and don't need a man but if you insist you can be in my life.
