I'm with you, I LOVE Dobermans!!!!!!!!!! You already know they are my favorite breed!! I have three now and of course they are my shadows!!!! My oldest is a female that will be 11 years old this year, her name is Desire. She is the mother of the other two. Their names are Velvet (female) and Blazer (male). The two of them are eight years old. All three are black/tan. Of course I had the father of Velvet and Blazer, his name was Snoop and he went to Rainbow Bridge due to Osteosacoma (bone cancer).I lost him back on October 24, 2003 and tears still comes to my eyes when I think of him. I miss him terribly!!!! I swear he was reincarnated from being a human in a previous life because he was sooooo smart "EDIT" Sorry but a Miniature Pinscher is NOT the same breed as a Doberman Pinscher!!!!!!!!

My friend has a doberman puppy hes about 7 months old and shes had him since he was about 10 weeks and i love him to bits. They are such an intelligent breed and very obedient, the only thing about him is hes not figured out hes not puppy size nemore.lol He still thinks he can sit on your knee or climb round your neck easily and he just cani coz hes a big boy. I dont no any negative things about a doberman.

Honestly, Dobermans are one of my favorite breeds. The reason I don't have one is because of their size, I just can't have a large dog now. I love their personality, they are very compassionate, kind, caring and as a rule, don't bark often. They love people, are good guard dogs but not over protective. â¥â¥DOBERMANSâ¥â¥

They are gorgeous, and very smart!!!
My problem with them is that they are often trained to be guard dogs, and are more vicious than necessary. I wish that all doberman owners would train them correctly.

i love them too! first of all because they are so intelligent and really willing to learn and work for their owners! then they're gorgeous, such sleek, muscular bodies. unfortuneatly many people are scared because they've seen the mean dobbies in movies or as guard dogs barking on the other side of the fence.....
