I would never do it, but is it normal?

It's normal, people do it all the time. . But the Bible does teach us that thinking it is just as bad as doing it. Instead of venting your anger with thoughts of death, murder, and hate try reading the word of God (aka the Bible) to gain wisdom and understanding to help you in your life.
