If you are refering to "Adderall" the ADHD medication, it's very possible. My daughter takes this medication daily but for her it has a reverse reaction. As in, instead of making her "high", so to speak, it calms her down. And yes, one of the side effects is weight loss. Unless you have ADHD I wouldn't recommend taking this medication without consulting with my doctor first.
