I think it would depend on how much fruit you are eating because fruit holds alot of water. It is however not too bad if you eat it the healthy way and don't over do it. I wouldn't recommend you eating it around the clock but for a snack it is great and you will not become over weight if you are snacking on fruit. It is a great start for you in the am too. It doesn't have fat per say just sugar...not so bad...

Most fruit has very little fat. Avacados have quite high fat content. Some fruits such as pineapple have a high sugar content. But in the long run, if you are filling up on fruit you should be eating less crap food, and lose weight anyway. Plus you get all the good vitamins and minerals in the fruit.
Good luck

You're meant to be able to eat as much fruit as you like. Obviously with calorie balanced diet and plenty of vegetables and protein with it. Fruit has sugar in it but its a natural sugar.

Don't eat fruit straight after or before a normal meal or it will bloat you. Leave it for min half an hour before and after.

Fruit contains sugar (albeit natural) so you can gain weight because sugar converts into fat in our body. It's better to eat more vegetables as well as chosing a well-balanced diet and eating from other food groups.

i dont think that fruit will make you fat, even if you eat a lot. you should consume 2-3 portions of fruit a day. it has a lot of benefits, lots a vitamins and nutrients. you wont gain weight but just dont eat too many oranges or bananas in one day... they have a lot of potassium and too much will make you sick.
P.S- yes, fruit has alot of sugar but the sugar does not have to turn into fat in your body. your body needs sugar because it uses it as fuel.

Many fruits contain lots of Pottassium, Sugars and fiber. Its important to first evaluate that you are free from any renal disease or diabetes etc. Fiber too I have heard is not always good.I believe anything in excess harms (except prayer !! ) :-)

Yes for example even if you eat an orange you have to walk for 11 minutes about 1100 steps every single thing that you eat you have to work off something.
