First of all NEVER send him any money, or cash any checks for him. In all likely hood he isn't who he claims to be. There are a never ending supply of scams originating from Nigeria on the Internet, especially targeting single men and woman from someone claiming to be in Nigeria, and professing undying love for you. I can guarantee that this is a fraud, and that their only intention is to separate you from your money. I urge you to check into this before you make any commitments or any attempt to communicate further with this individual. There are a number of sites dedicated to reporting these scams, and there have been countless individuals who have been swindled out of large amounts of money by folks claiming to "be in love". Please don't throw any more money away on this person, they are lying to you. Check into this by googling Nigerian Romance Scams. Good luck!
