maybe the answer is not to put up the bail . i think you know if the doors are open at that place there is a great chance she will leave. they say that they have to hit rock bottom i dont know but i do know it would be sad if you lost your money because if she does kick this drug she most likely will need a hand up in the form of money then . maybe save the money until she can really make good use of it.

You sound research which facilities in your area have an opening and then have a visit with your mother and tell her that you will post bail on the condition that she go to a facility directly from the jail. Good luck and God Bless.

Bring her the treatment papers while she is still in jail and make her sign them. If she doesn't sign them then don't put up the bail and let her stay there till she detoxes. Sorry you have this kind of problem with your mom.

Your mother has to get to the point to where she is willing to get help on her own. Until that time arrives, save your money. It is the hardest thing to do, but I think you need to leave her in jail. It's only going to be a repeated cycle. Over and over and over again. Remember she needs to make the first step before you can attempt to help her. Good luck.

if she is in jail then she is going to do or say anything to get out even agree o go to treatment and then after release she will do what she wants to the better plan might be talking to the district attorney and make treatment part of the conditions of her release it will not do any good to force her to do any kind of treatment until she is open to it all she will do is walk the steps till she is done and it will do nothing to help her.i wish you luck in this and i am so sorry you have to be dealing with this its unfair for children to have to raise their parents.

don't bail her out cut her off now!
Until a person decides for them self's it won't work at all
TUFF LOVE this is the hardest part you must let her experience the loss of her action even if that is the loss of a relationship with you
you can go to Ala-non for support
