I was wondering what would be a good breakfast that I should eat before taking this test. I really want to do well on it so I got to make sure I eat the right foods. I need my mind going for this test and I also need something to help me keep focused on every question.

2 eggs, fixed to your preference.
2 slices whole grain toast OR a whole grain muffin
a small bowl of delicious cherries, watermelon, grapes or an apple
Water or green tea to drink.
Good luck with the SATs.

Oatmeal
& a blueberry & bannanna smoothie with 1/2 cup yog, just blend and drink, this is great for focus, my son has ADD and I give him one before a test and he says he can tell a difference. If the smoothe is too thick add a little juice or milk.

I only ate a bagel with cream cheese and a bowl of frosted mini wheats in the previous my SAT examination. And approximately 20 minutes in the previous the examination, I drank a 5 hour capability shot, which rather helped me concentration. stable success!

Stay away from eggs
Although good if your nervouse they can make you feel quezy and sick... plus the last thing you need is an upset stomach
I would recomend a nice light breakfast to keep your energy up... Orange juice, coffee if you like it and cereal... my recomendation would be a healthy grainy one... none of which come to mind or good ol frosted flakes so you will have enough sugar in your system to give you energy

Fruit & Protein. Stay away from carbs like toast as they will make you drowsy.
