Generally speaking, most people start out dating with a physical attraction to one another, when it's purely sexual, that is when it is lust. If you have feelings and emotions for this person, & not just purely based on sex, it is not lust. Love, however, is when you endure hardships with this person, through good times and bad, through hell and high water, that my friend, is love.

its human nature...usually, its natural to become physically attracted to someone FIRST, before you fall in love with their personality, ect... think about it, your out with your girls, and you see a hot guy, and an ugly guy....your automaticaly attracted to the hot guy and want to get to know him better and be closer to him, before you would even think about the ugly guy.... attraction plays a huge role in relationships....but to answer your question, you will have to date this guy and get to know him, and give it some time to see how your feelings for him develope... you may fall in love wtih him, and you may not, but either way, you will then and only then, realize whether its love or lust...
