I am bored of sanwiches, I usually have weight watcher bread. But I am on a diet to lose weight for wedding!
Have been having pitta breads with humous and cottage cheese and always a sald with spinach.
Does anyone have any other ideas for a VERY healthy packed lunch for work????

I take a flour tortilla, spread a small amount of low fat cream cheese, or mustard, or light mayo, then some lunch meat and lettuce and tomato. Wrap it up and stick a toothpick through it to keep it closed. I usually carry cucumbers or carrots. A piece of fruit....and a bottle of water. Just an idea!

How many times do you eat a day? If you research you will find that you should eat 9 small meals a day and you will not gain weight you should pack stuff like raw vegetables and fruit some granola is good also it does work if you stick to it. When I was in the military that is what I did and lost a good amount doing that you will never be hungry at the end of the day. If you dont eat enough your body will retain the fat cells and therefore you will not lose it. Think of your body like your car you maintnace it often it will run longer you dont it will go to crap.

Baby carrots & hummus is very good, turkey and cheese wraps (just the meat and cheese), celery with low-fat cream cheese, fresh fruit, white bean salad, tuna salad made with low fat mayo and lots of veggies on melba toast. Any of those are very healthy. My mom's been using all of the above for her diet lunches.

tossed green salad with avocado, chicken, tomatoes, carrots celery; dressing of lemon juice.

veggies and rice

Beans and tortillas

fruit and yogurt with a sprinkle of granola.

why dont you cook pasta the night before then by the morning it will be cold just add tuna or sweetcorn or anything you wish , healthy and tasty
