I'm looking for a guided meditation cd that I can use in the mornings and at night to really center myself. I'd ideally like something that I can meditate to for 5-10minutes as I'm just starting back at it after a long break. I prefer meditations that are guided and have no music. Any suggestions?

Okay I'll get serious for a minute: Hon it depends on what kind of meditation you want to do... I have this awesome one by Pema Chodron but it's about Buddhist meditation.
You can also download guided meditations from various websites like Buddhanet.net and I think some of the yoga ones might too...
