Ethical=involving or expressing moral approval or disapproval
Some logical things lack Ethics. That's why we have an Ethics board in every hospital. While it might be logical to remove life support It may not be the right and correct moral thing to do.

Logical, is the most effective and efficient way of doing things. In many circumstances, this can run counter to Ethical. For example, it may be logical to own slaves in order to increase revenues, but it may not be ethical to your moral convictions and religious beliefs.
