The best way to eat caviar is to boil an egg chop it and serve on thin toast with your caviar accompanied by a shot of Russian vodka.

Caviar is best to eat on its own and from a whale bone spoon as anything else touching it changes the flavour. You should drink a shot of straight vodka before hand to clean your pallette.
