If you reported to the Dekalb County probation then go to them and ask the probation officer to call the other state-I hope your probation officer knew you were planning on moving if not you best get back there and take care of this.

The spelling errors concern me but I'll answer this way:

First, you're going to call the attorney who helped you in Gainesville and visit him. Immediately turn yourself in with your attorney present. Have your attorney tell the magistrate that this was an honest mistake and see if the magistrate will quash the warrant and release you on the spot. If the magistrate doesn't believe you, he's going to set bail or keep you locked up.

Now, someone dropped the ball. When you did your intake in Gainesville, did you tell them that you were intending on living in DeKalb? If yes, then someone in Gainesville dropped the ball. If not, then you dropped the ball by failing to notify Gainesville about your address in DeKalb Co.

When the judge sees that you live in DeKalb and that you didn't try to pull one over on anyone, you will be released and required to report to DeKalb Co. If you're intending on living elsewhere, you need to let DeKalb Co. know before you move anywhere else.

{EDIT} Sounds like the probation officers for the 3 jurisdictions resolved your problem and most likely recalled the bench warrant for VOP. Your attorney can always file for a motion to quash bench warrant due to the reasons you stated above.

First and foremost...do you have any documents proving your request for transfer? Second, you will need to turn yourself in. Maybe you can find the the probation office in Dekalb and find out if you can turn yourself in there. I am hoping that you have some sort of documentation to prove your request for transfer...that seems like it might be the only quick fix in all of this.
If you can't turn yourself in - in Colorado..you need to call the Gainesville office and find out what your options are, you really don't want any of this to get out of hand.
I wish you luck!!

Its obtainable to get your probation transferred to a diverse state via way of a technique referred to as an Inter-state Compact. in lots of cases you will ought to latest a compelling reason in the back of the request and teach which you have a job obtainable upon arrival, doable residing preparations, compliance with the situations of probation in the state the place you have been convicted in , etc. the different state would not ought to settle for the compact request. they do no longer choose to any extent further criminals cominginto their state in the event that they are able to help it.

because you did not reprot, and it was your responsiblity to follow up and be sure it got transfered. If you were nto seeing someone on this probation.

It is most likely after you show them the paper work that they were suppose to do the transfer, they will release you.
But get an attorney to work on it
