ok i like this guy...he likes me (we've said i love you) we're not dating cos my parents won't allow it but they know we like eachother.

Well, in hispanic and italian culture, it is considered normal to greet by kissing on the cheek at any age even as friends. Dating wise, people shouldn't date until they are 16 & pursue serious relationships at 18. Kids are too immature for the dating world.

not a big deal....doesn't matter what age. its just not a big deal to me. I've never kissed any body on the lips but i have been kissed on the cheek. i'm 17 so i don't think its that big of a deal. just go with it.

Depends on the situation and person. For example, in my family we kiss everybody on the cheek. Sometimes I kiss my girlfriends on the cheek when I say hi or bye. It's no big deal.
If it's somebody you like and he's flirting with you, then I'd say he has an interest in you, but it's not a big deal. It's not like he's grabbing you and shoving his tongue down your throat. Everybody has their own peronal boundries though, so if that makes you uncomfortable then say so.

heck a kiss on the cheek is a greeting in most of the world.

Depends on what kind:
A peck - not a big deal
A lingering peck - not a big deal
A lingering peck with some emotions involved between two people who know there is something between them and don't want to say anything - a big deal, at any age.

As with anything I think it should be special, and I don't think its a bad thing. If you feel pressured than don't. But if you care for someone and want to give them a smooch on the cheek, then I see no problem with it.
