I have been seeing this guy for over a year now, he tells me he loves me is in love with me and I am going to?

the biggest regret of his life cause he can not see himself with someone. His excuse is he has been hurt before in the past and that I am going to hurt him as well. We always have a good time together, we go to football games, hockey games ect together, and the bar. We dont argue and we consider one another bfs. Lately his ex from high school has been calling and the other night he called her at 12:30 am. Booty call or not who knows. I dont know whether to just let things ride and hope we get back together or just close the book on this chapter and move on. We all have been hurt, people do move on so why not him??

you should talk to him & see whats going on . maybe his ex is just calling to see how hes doing . if you really love him, try to get back together with him. your right people do move on and if he told you he loved you chances are he already moved on from his ex so you have nothing to worry about . good luck with getting back together !!

Using the "hurt"card after being in a relationship for over a year is a cop out. Either 1. he is seeing someone else 2, He wants to see someone else. 3. He's bored in your relationship

Obviously he wants some space, so give it to him. You should go out and meet some friends, have funand see what life has to offer for you. Maybe you'll me someone else and like them better If he decides he wants to get back with you, then you can decide if he's worth it.

if he can't see himself with someone, that means he cannot see himself with you.

As much as he might not be able to say it - the simple fact is that if he wanted to be with you he would be.

If you move on and he decides to try and win you back, more power to him, but you'll be in a much better position to decide if he's really worth all the trouble he's putting you through if you walk away and focus on yourself for a while.
