Hair dye. What color should i try.?

I have medium/ dark brown hair with blonde highlights, some layers, and bangs. I have green eyes too. and im sick of the blonde highlights. I want to try something new, but not risky something dark but not too dark. and natural looking. Any suggestions. And does anyone know about any realy good hair conditioners?

something natural like darker blonde, auburn. I'd suggest a redhead. Everyone is doing the blonde thing, everyone is a boring brunette, and jet black looks goth. Not many girls in my school are a redhead. they're natural and unique, so they'll make you stand out somewhat. Red hair goes great with green eyes, as blondes goes well with blue eyes. As for conditioners, I agree with preity, I'd use erbal essence, my GF uses it.

Try a rich chocolate brown. That would look great with green eyes.

I've always liked K-Pak by Joico, especially when I was a blond. It made my hair really soft and it smelled awesome.

Conditioners. I tried Garnier but it makes your hair oily and doesn’t give you desired results. I personally like herbal essences because it makes my hair feel light and nourished and does not use ammonia (it’s really bad for your hair and causes scalp problems like aloepecia) like other leading hair products. Plus… it smells really good and has a desired look for every hair type (curly, straight, volumizers, etc) Now when it comes to hair dye and highlighting, choose carefully because they have a lot of ammonia. I dyed my hair recently and I really like what it looks like. I had black hair and I dyed it a lighter brown... kind of like a dark chocolate brown. I added auburn (it was a mixture of a caramel color and a milk chocolate color) and dark red (it wasn't a blood red color, it was kind of like a fall leaf red) I know the combination sounds wierd but it's not as bad as it sounds...

if you have blonde hair that will naturally get bleached by the particular sun in the summer. There was this guy in my class who also had golden blonde hair that was a medium brown near the bottom. When he came back to school after summer vacation, it was nearly platinum blonde!
