Humility and ethics by far. That is if you mean success as determined by many to be having lots of money and possessions.
To be a humble person is what my faith teaches me and to be a good person and citizen of this world. I have tried to be an ethical person as much as possible in both my personal life and in working with students as a special education teacher for many years.
This is what is really having success is to me and also to have a true and honest love in your life and to be happy together --and to have the love of your family and friends.

Humility and ethics all the way. What success is there when it comes at the expense of hurting others?? The greatest in the kingdom will be the servant of all. Be humble and honest, and let God promote you as He wishes. Look at the example of Joseph. He ruled all of Egypt pretty much in the end.

Ethics with some humility. Humility in my personal life but less of it in my professional life because to play with the big boys I have to make myself blend with wave of management. However, no matter what, home or professional, I will not do the unethical.
