merely a glimpse--you can't get to know someone without acutally seeing the person and getting to know them. Y!A isn't a good indicator of who people are.

It depends - those who write in a really stupid manner are indeed rather annoying persons, from what I've seen so far. But they might well write nicely and funny, and still be annoying people...
Anyway, the writing style should also indicate age, sex and other features,... for those with a good intuition about human beings, which I very much lack.

Voices? I am guessing you are referring to syntax and vocabulary.
Yeah, the very young and very old can be pretty distinctive.
You should be careful about reading between the lines though.
There are people creating characters on here who are pretty good actors. The police might even be running some of them in their efforts to trap child predators.(good thing) Some of them might be predators trying to hook up with kids(bad thing) but those are more likely in the fashion and dating or games areas.

in no way. Your tessitura/timbre determines your voice form. the place you're maximum comfortable singing and your over all modal voice selection. Falsetto is a trifling sign up of headvoice, that's an adjunct..that's what I call it a minimum of.

I get a vague impression but I'm never sure until I get some other clues. All the avatars are cutsy young people so it's misleading.
Personality comes through better but no certainty.
