The actual meaning of the Hebrew word from which 'worship' is derived most closely resembles the verb "to imitate".

In other words, to worship Christ is to imitate Him, or to live our lives like He lived His.

To worship the Father is to aspire to "Be... perfect, even as your father which is in heaven is perfect" (Matt. 5:48)

Sabbath worship is a large part of it, but I believe the most important part is what Jesus said when asked what was the greatest commandment of the law was:

"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy might, and with all thy strength...

And the second is like unto it; thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.

On these commandments rest all the laws and the prophets."

That is what Jesus did, so if we want to 'worship' ('imitate') Him, that is precisely what we need to do.

I worship God with obedience and with my thoughts and actions. My words are also how I worship... but music is a talent He's given me and that's the way I like it best.

Worship means obedience most of all. In the OT it seem to alsways be directly linked to sacrifice

For me when I take time to dedicate myself to learning about the bible and God, and when I make time to do something to serve other people for him is my truest worship.

The worship service songs are nice but and represent praise to me. But some seem hooked on that emotional high, and emotional highs easily mislead people. I'm wary of wild emotion.

Worship is the Sacrifice or Offering which is made to God.

The way inwhich we worship in the Catholic faith is by the Mass Itself, where the Bread & Wine is Blessed & Made into the Body & Blood Of Christ, & is offered to God the Father.

In my heart.
Contrite would be the word.

To, through humbleness, praise God who is worthy, to give thanks to Him for what He has (and will) do, and to willfully submit to His will for me.
